RJS interview with Daniel M. Jaffe
for BiblioBuffet.com
"Talking across the Table"
monthly author interview feature
"... Other than blatantly prudish indignation from a small faction of outspoken moral conservatives, Kinsey's scientific work is considered just as valid and respected today as ever. ... There were definitely limitations and shortcomings in Kinsey's research, as exists in all pioneering scientific discovery. But despite some minor statistical flaws and distorted claims about how Kinsey's own sexual behavior affected his research, the vast majority of his published findings about human sexual behavior have been essentially validated. Certainly any rational person who believes in empirical science must accept those facts."

Lambda Book Report
From the Felice Picano interview
with Perry Brass
on Picano's new memoir Art & Sex in Greenwich Village
PB:Is there anyone out there today you wish you were publishing?
Felice Picano: Among some newer authors who have made their names in the last few years, I think that Michele Tea, Trebor Healey, and David McConnell are potentially major hitters with substantial careers to come ... My friend, Christopher Rice ... Poets Franklin Abbott, Ian Ayres, and Jeff Mann are current favorites of mine. Anthologist/author Ron Suresha is another. Rob Stephenson: I would have published any of those writers in a heartbeat."
